The Royal Maid Service have been serving Florida since 1992 when the first office opened in Tampa. There are now over 35 locations throughout Florida, and they have all been founded on the principles of providing a superior service at a realistic cost, putting the customer first and making sure that we do what we say!                                                
 
We are licensed, bonded and insured; all our staff are thoroughly trained in modern cleaning techniques and we use only environmentally friendly products (we provide them!).
We can organise schedules to suit you, the customer, whether it is a 'one-time' clean, a regular service or a move-in/move-out service.
We are able to clean any sized home and there are NO contracts to sign.
We offer residential, office, vacation rental and commercial cleaning.
Maids are uniformed and drive easily recognisable company cars.
Staff are always background checked.
We carry Workers Comp.
We will provide recent references on request.
Our estimates are always FREE.

We pride ourselves with the fact that, even after the initial estimate, customers still have personal contact with us, the owners of the company; we believe that customers should be able to call us and discuss their service; we return their calls when we say we will; we answer calls - even outside office hours, if you have to leave a message we return messages as soon as practicable; we will call you the day before your service.
 
We are aware that you, the customer, know the kind of service you need - that's why (wherever possible) we tailor our service to meet your needs.
 
We know how it feels to have to wait for that call that never materializes, and how annoying it is to be let down without notice (especially when you have waited in or taken time off work) and of being frustrated by the fact that some people seem to have forgotten how to be polite and courteous.
